Corporate Event Photography and Videography Pricing and Packages (2026)
One of the first questions we get from corporate clients — often before anything else — is “what does it cost?” It’s a fair question, and one we believe deserves a straight answer. Below is a full breakdown of our corporate event photography pricing and videography package costs for 2026, along with what actually influences your final quote.
If you’re searching for event coverage pricing Namibia, corporate photographer rates, or drone videography pricing, here’s everything you need to budget accurately for your next function.
Our 2026 Pricing
Photography or videography services: from N$850 per hour (excl. VAT)
This is our base on-site shooting rate, applicable to both corporate event photography and corporate videography services. All prices listed exclude VAT of 15%.
Editing rates
Editing is billed separately from on-site shooting time, calculated using the following ratios:
- Video editing: N$650 per hour, worked out at a ratio of 1:3 — meaning every 1 hour of filming requires approximately 3 hours of editing
- Photo editing: worked out at a ratio of 1:2 — meaning every 1 hour of shooting requires approximately 2 hours of editing
This means a 2-hour videography booking, for example, typically includes around 6 hours of editing time, while a 2-hour photography booking includes around 4 hours of editing time. We factor this into every quote so there are no surprise costs once filming wraps.
Drone photography and videography
For events that call for aerial coverage — large venues, outdoor functions, or establishing shots of a property or venue — we also offer drone photography and drone videography services, quoted separately based on flight time and complexity of the shoot.
All rates are correct as of 2026 and exclude 15% VAT.
How a Typical Quote Is Calculated
Understanding how event photography and videography packages are priced helps you budget more accurately. A quote is generally built from three components:
- On-site shooting time — billed at N$850/hour for photography or videography
- Editing time — calculated using the 1:2 (photography) or 1:3 (videography) ratio at N$650/hour
- Add-ons — drone coverage, additional crew, or rush turnaround, quoted based on your specific brief
For example, a 3-hour corporate function with videography coverage would include roughly 9 hours of editing time on top of the shooting hours — this is standard across the industry, since raw footage requires significant time to cut, color grade, and finalize into a polished highlight reel.
Photography vs. Videography: Cost Considerations
Because editing ratios differ between formats, total project cost isn’t simply “more hours = more cost” — the format you choose also affects the editing workload:
- Photography carries a lower editing ratio (1:2), making it a more cost-effective option for events needing a fast turnaround or a large volume of usable images for press, print, or social media.
- Videography carries a higher editing ratio (1:3) to account for the additional time required to cut footage into a polished final product — but delivers content that performs strongly on social channels like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Combined packages (both formats) are often more efficient than booking two separate suppliers, since a shared crew reduces logistics and briefing time.
If you’re deciding between the two, our earlier post on Photography vs. Videography for Corporate Events breaks down which format suits different marketing goals.
What Affects Your Final Quote
When requesting corporate event coverage pricing, expect your final number to reflect:
- Total hours of on-site coverage required
- Whether you need photography, videography, or both
- Editing time, calculated using the ratios above
- Whether drone coverage is required
- Number of crew needed for multi-room or multi-session events
- Turnaround time requested (standard vs. rush delivery)
How to Get an Accurate Quote
To get a quote that reflects your actual event, share the following upfront:
- Event date, location, and expected duration
- Whether you need photography, videography, drone coverage, or a combination
- Number of attendees and event format (conference, launch, gala, etc.)
- Any must-have deliverables or turnaround deadlines
Because our pricing is transparent and hourly-based, you can estimate your total cost fairly closely once you know your required shooting hours — on-site time at N$850/hour, plus editing time at N$650/hour using the applicable ratio, plus VAT at 15%.
